This is a very simplified description of NPC-NPC relationships. It does not take into account romantic polygons with PC romances.

H - hate, D - dislike, A - ambivalence, L - like, R - romantic feelings, S - special

Diriel: Hildury (H), Jaemal (D), Nikosh (L), Nord (H), Peony (L), Prachi (D), Rizdaer (A), Salomeya (H), Valeero (H)
Hildury: Diriel (D), Jaemal (L), Nikosh (L), Nord ®, Peony (A), Prachi (L), Rizdaer (D), Salomeya (H), Valeero (L)
Jaemal: Diriel (D), Hildury (L), Nikosh (A), Nord (A), Peony (L), Prachi (A), Rizdaer (A), Salomeya (S), Valeero (L)
Nikosh: Diriel (A), Hildury (S), Jaemal (L), Nord (A), Peony (L), Prachi (L), Rizdaer (D), Salomeya (H), Valeero (L)

Peony: She likes everyone and has a crash on Rizdaer

Rizdaer: Distrustful of everyone, puzzled by Peony, amused by Salomeya

This is really useful (I actually made myself something similar for BG2 NPC's), although if you embolden the NPC name it will read even easier.
