Mixed up menus

I'm using DLTCEP 7.3b and found a couple of mixed up menus. Specifically, the TIS dialog uses the MOS file menu, the VCC uses the WFX file menu and vice versa.

The menus still work as expected, only the strings appear to be mixed up.

The MOS/TIS editor are using the same menu. The VVC/WFX is a real bug. The wfx menu doesn't even work.
