When I try to install Tweaks (as admin on win 7), the console windows opens quickly, displays some text, and then closes without any installation prompts. The debug file shows the following:

Can anyone land a hand getting this figured out? For what it's worth, I was installing using this guide:

I receive the same error on step 11 installing the widescreen mod and on step 14 when installing the tweaks.

see the version differences in the setup files. it's trying to update the setup-bg2_tweaks.exe my guess is that its having trouble updating. try manually replacing the older setup-bg2_tweaks.exe with a newer version.

take any of the version 231 setup-somemod.exe (where somemod = the mod name) and copy paste that renaming it to setup-bg2_tweaks.exe after deleting the older setup-bg2_tweaks.exe.

do the same with the other mods that you are having trouble with if and only if the debug shows the same error.
