I have been trying to add this ability to an item without any luck. I have opened NI and looked at the Dragons Breath spell (level 9 Wizard) for the specs and still no luck. I'm just trying to add it to a war hammer or axe... any one have any luck with this?

Doesn't staff of the ram use it? Copy that.
