This mod seems very interesting, and I'd like to use it. But the poor documentation has scared me away to this point.

Is anyone able to provide me with an up to date list of each item's abilities, and an up to date list of where they are each found?

There is a very good documentation about items changes in this very Forum.

It's pinned and it's called Item index. Unfortunately it's (I think) still reporting IR v2 changes because IR v3 has been in a beta stage for a long time now although the author says that, together with the hotfixes, it makes a final version. Eventually there will be an official release probably called IR v3.1 or something similar. According to Demivrgvs, it might be a final release.

This mod always had an extremely rich documentation here, but most of such Item Index still refers to V2 (I started to update it for V3 but never managed to finish). That being said, you also get a full list of changes from V2 to V3 here.

Writing down such documentation and keeping everything up-to-date is absurdly time consuming, but as Salk says, I do have to find the time to fully update the on-line Item Index for the final release of IR V3. I assure you I'll do my best.
