As we inch towards something actually releasable, here are draft readmes for the converter and the Fixpack/Tweakpack.

I've proofread the readmes, do you want me to email you a markup/comparison? And if so, do you prefer any particular format (doc, docx, pdf etc)?

Comments in this thread would be easiest, to be honest, though I can cope with pdf.
