Note; with our forum software, you can gather content using "tags", clicking on the tag to find related content, or do a simple search of the forums, and skip this post entirely. But some of us are old-skool, and prefer an index, avoiding the search engine and looking at things as if they were one of those strange oddities. You know, the pre-electronic era compilations of information, printed out on woodpulp and bound up with a slightly harder 'cover", with metadata and reference numbers hardcoded for optical retrieval, and manual manipulation... I think they were called "books"?
