Does G3 Tweak pack need to be installed before or after refinements mod?

As the fact is, that the mods edit a little of the same files and have a load of components, some that overwrite. So if you want the Refinements changes to take priority, then you install the Refinements later, and if you want the Tweak Pack take priority, you'll install it later... while you install the mod, which changes can be overwritten, first.
