It seems the skeleton cutscene has no cutsceneID. The original engine copes with this by fast forwarding to the first action containing an object (Thankfully this is Tyris herself).
It will also skip the smallwait(2) action, because that doesn't contain any object parameters.
You can get the equivalent by adding CutSceneID("G#Tyris") to the beginning.
With the additional benefit that GemRB won't die on it.

Added the CutSceneID(), rejigged some of the actions and changed the weights. Nothing terribly exciting but the action changes, she stood around like a lemon and the cutscene didn't end.
