well i installed kivan, but as soon as i did, something went wrong with the text in the game, like the name and description some spells and items and stuff are replaced with his dialog and i dont know whats up so if anyone can help me id really appriciate it, is hate to lose out on this mod because it screwed up my game

If you start a new game, the texts should be OK?
Text mix-ups happen, if you use an old safegame on a (differnetly modded) new game. The text references of the savegames point to the wrong strings (all stored in the file "dialog.tlk") in that case.
Or, maybe you installed the mod while the game was running or while a game editor was open. In that case, you need to install new.
