Hello:
I have been enjoying the Alternatives Mod and I am following the evil path to go to Maztica. I have the poison and want to deliver it to the Vulova Estate in the Government District. I have scoured the district several times and I simply cannot find the place. I know this ranks as a 'spoiler' but I really need to know where it is.

As you walk into the Government District, it is the first door on the left, to the right of the Temple of Waukeen.
