2 B.0 Tutu v4 for non-english language installs

Mac OS X : Compatible Mods & Fixes

[community edit in progress ]

Mac OSX: Installed Before Tutu Conversion
Tutu or EastTutu Installation, Core Files
1 - Core Program Files Comments
1.1 Baldurs Gate full install using BG1TutuAssistant [Loriel] (if not using TOTSC, [GraphSim])
1.2 Tales of the Sword Coast full install using BG1TutuAssistant [Loriel] (TOTSC needs no patching)
1.3 Baldurs Gate II - SoA full install, fully patched if not using ToB [MacPlay]
1.4 Baldurs Gate II - ToB full install, fully patched [MacPlay]

BG1NPC on Mac OSX: This comprehensive mod includes fixes to match many Tutu v4 install quirks, but for the best experience EasyTutu is recommended. It is compatible with most other Tutu mods in different install orders, as long as AI and Tweak mods follow at the end of the installation. A reminder that the Player Initiated Dialogues component must be installed last in this mod. The installer will uninstall PIDs if you change dialogue components, and then ask you to reinstall the PID component at the end. Because it includes fixes and repairs, this mod combines the functions of Fixpack, Quest, NPC, Item, and Graphic mods.

FOR MAC: fixed-for-OS X version of the 1PP mod is available for download here.

1 - Mac Tutu v4 "Core Install"
1.1 Baldurs Gate I full install using BG1TutuAssistant [LQ], fully patched if not using TOTSC [GraphSim]
1.2 Recommended: Tales of the Sword Coast, no need to patch
1.3 Baldurs Gate II - SoA full install, fully patched if not using ToB [MacPlay]
1.4 Recommended: Baldurs Gate II - ToB full install, fully patched [MacPlay]
1.5 Expected: Baldurdash of BG1 and BG2 Fix Pack [G3] of BG2 OR Baldurdash of both installations
1.6 Convert to Tutu v4 [PPG]
1.7 Tutu Fixpack[Loriel]
all components except Do not install #11 // Remove Spells That Weren't In BG2If you see this, you seriously need to upgrade your TutuFix package...
* Walking Speeds is ok, but Note: unanticipated side effects of this component: may be better at the end of the whole installation after Tweaks but before GUI
1.8 OS X EasyTutu Degreenifier (this mod is confirmed to also be compatible with conventional Tutu)
1.9 Then start at 5 in the Windows list.
1 - MacEasyTutu "Core Install"
1.1 Baldurs Gate I & Tales of the Sword Coast full install using BG1TutuAssistant [Loriel], no need to patch, as it is already the latest version available
1.2 Baldurs Gate II - SoA full install, fully patched if not using ToB [MacPlay]
1.3 Recommended: Baldurs Gate II - ToB full install, fully patched [MacPlay]
1.4 Implement OSX TutuCore ToB or OSX TutuCore SoA, see MacEasyTutu for details
1.5 Tutu Fixpack (v17 or later) [PPG] all actual components are optional, however the install script must be run once to allow executable to be patched.
* BG2 Ammo Stacks
* Totemic Druid Spirit Summons are Balanced
* BG1 Summoning Spells
* Hooded unarmoured avatars and hooded bards

* Walking Speeds Note: unanticipated side effects of this component: may be better at the end of the whole installation after Tweaks but before GUI, or not installed
Do not install #11 // Remove Spells That Weren't In BG2
If you see this, you seriously need to upgrade your TutuFix package...[/
1.6 OS X EasyTutu Degreenifier (this mod is confirmed to also be compatible with conventional Tutu) [USO]
1.7 OS X EasyTutu NPC Kits [USO]
1.8 OS X EasyTutu Spawns [USO]
1.9 OS X EasyTutu Hotfixes (if available) [USO]
1.10 Then start at 5 in the Windows list.

The remaining list of mods found under the Windows version list are generally available and working for OS X.

If you use Tutu v4, your Tutu install directory is BGII - SoA . In order to play BG2, you will have to move a transition save out, uninstall Tutu, and then mod BG2 appropriately before transitioning (moving a savegame over and importing your Tutu character).
