Ascension64 has found the Beregost Ghost!

Reminder to self - snag and place this on EasyTutu/Tutuv4 side of the bg1npc installer; with escapes for BG Fixpack when it is completed (no need to do it on BGT as ascension64 will release a new BGT that covers this).
