minor problem installing Sword and Fist

When you go to install it first asks if you want to read the readme. Then it cannot find the file. The file is there, installed, but clearly the install script expects to find it named something
different than readme-sword_and_fist.html

Change the name in the *.tp2 so that the install can find the readme until some one cleverer than me can fix this :)

rechecked - confirming matching .tp2:

README ~sword_and_fist/readme-sword_and_fist.html~

with distributed folder name:

sword_and_fist

and readme:

readme-sword_and_fist.html
