Jastey's mod is scripted very compatible and there are no known incompatibility issues. You can use it for BG1 only, for TuTu/EasyTuTu or BGT and it needs no special installation order.

As Leomar said - compatibility issues could arise if another mod overwrites. BGQE only patches and adds, but does not overwrite. There are some mods in your list I cannot say much to, but I can list the ones it is, or should be, compatible with:
