Got a few typos and some minor comments:

need to look up variable for map location revealed and add it to Dy's PID branch there. Reference text to search for?

I'd also suggest doing a search & replace for Menzzoberanzan (should be Menzoberranzan).

Shouldn't Andarthe wear his MinHP1.itm, in order to ensure that Jaheira's quest doesn't break due to a missed banter?
Another Option would be to use a Die() trigger in his script or remove the incremented variable of Jaheira's quest altogether.
